Description

Excerpts from the tract:

True science begins with known facts, known truths. Any science that does not begin with known established facts is not true science. It would be like establishing a hypothesis on the foundation of a theory or the equivalent of a hobby constructing a house of noodles using wet noodles. So, properly understood, science “In a general sense, knowledge, or certain knowledge; the comprehension or understanding of truth or facts by the mind. In philosophy, a collection of the general principles or leading truths relating to any subject. Pure science as the mathematics, is built on self-evident truths.” [Webster’s Dictionary 1828]

God’s Word, the Bible, records many miracles that God performed. The word “miracle” comes from the Latin word “miraculum, mirari, to wonder.” It means, “Literally, a wonder or wonderful thing; but appropriately, In theology, an event or effect contrary to the established constitution and course of things, or a deviation from the known laws of nature; a supernatural event.” [Webster’s Dictionary 1828] As one theologian wrote, “The term miracle is etymologically inadequate, and indicates only one, and that not the most important, feature of the proper conception. In general terms miracles may be defined as supernatural manifestations of divine power in the external world, in themselves special revelations of the presence and power of God.” [Unger’s Bible Dictionary]

As intelligent as the world of science and its scientists may claim to be, it is scientifically impossible to explain the power of God. Why?
