Description

Opening excerpts from the tract:

In 1966 the cover of Time was titled, “Is God Dead?” It is reported that “The question was a reference to Friedrich Nietzsche‘s much-quoted postulate “God is dead” (German: Gott ist tot), which he first proposed in his 1882 book The Gay Science.” [copied] “Nietzsche was a German classical scholar, philosopher, and critic of culture, who became one of the most influential of all modern thinkers.” [Britannica]

The mindset of the period that we now live in is a manifestation of rejection for the need for God in the lives of people. By rejecting God, the attitude becomes one that says God is not needed, wanted, or to them, He is dead. A failure to believe in God does NOT mean that He does not exist because He does. For a person to say that they do not believe something because they cannot see it would be foolish. We do NOT see air, but we do see the effects of it. We do not see our minds, but we know that we have one. To deny having a memory because it cannot be seen would be ludicrous. God does exist and He is alive and well!

There is much in life that we do not understand, and one reason is because our finite minds cannot comprehend that which is infinite. Where did God come from? The Bible refers to God as the “eternal God” [Deuteronomy 33:27] and that “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord” [Revelation 1:8] This simply means that He is the beginning and end. Humanly speaking, we cannot change the hearts of people who do not believe it, and that is not our responsibility. This pamphlet cannot change your heart, but it can tell you who can, and that is why this was written.

God is alive and He created this world. [Genesis 1:1] and humanity [Genesis 2:7; 21-22]. A dead God could not do this! Adam, . . . . .

This is a 6-page tract.
