For those who place literature orders with this ministry, you will be pleased to know that this ministry does NOT automatically add you to a mailing list nor do we share your information with any other business or ministry. I am sure that some of you have placed an online order with a business of some sort only to have them add you to a mailing list or, even worse, your information was sold or given to another business. Well, rest assured, this ministry does NOT do any of that! With this said, if any PFBP customer would like to be added to the PFBP mailing list, then we would be happy to do so but ONLY with your permission. Typically, every 2 months a ministry news/prayer letter is sent out; the letter usually tells what has been happening with PFBP and yours truly. For example, the August news/prayer letter will have information about my June mission trip to Honduras (including a few pictures) and it will mention the upcoming mission trip for September. The letter will also share a little about the recent power loss due to the storm that blew through our area a couple of weeks ago, the new K’ekchi Gospel tracts, a possible You Tube video about PFBP, etc. In every letter I try very hard to avoid the typical missionary trap of begging so any reference to money is rarely mentioned and even when it is, it is ONLY for prayer. Because this ministry is involved in missionary work and yours truly is a missionary himself and works closely with a couple of missionaries in Central America, occasionally PFBP undertakes a special project for them and tries to help raise prayer and finances. When this happens, a special letter is prepared and sent out to everyone on the mailing list providing details. Just recently this ministry did just that for a missionary who had a great need for another vehicle; any money that was raised went directly to the respective board and NOT to this ministry. As a matter of fact, this ministry does not know (nor do we want to) who gave and how much, but the Lord did provide close to $10,000 for this need and the vehicle was purchased in the respective country.
So, with all of this said (more could be said but this is sufficient), if any of the PFBP customers wish to be added to the mailing list, please feel free to say so. Please be sure to provide a complete name and email address. Thank you kindly and do have a great day in the Lord.
